Biobus (space) Shuttle 2009: Monday RidersThe BIOBUS (space) SHUTTLE had the best year ever in 2009. First of all, the bus was 100% sold out for all five trips! The riders, volunteers, and our trusty pilot, Alex The Brazilian Guy made each trip memorable and fun for all. The Irish passengers made sure there was plenty of warm beer for all, and the State of Nevada provided us with threats for not having a state license of operation (that we had never heard of in past years). Alex, bless this man, made it happen anyway, renting a Nevada bus for the two trips that were in jeopardy. (Almost) everyone was delivered on time and intact to the airport. Sadly the rumors that flew around about the Biotour.org bus getting shut down for the same reasons got confused with us, since the names are too damn similar, so we lost a few kittens to misinformation. We will figure something out for the names next year to avoid further mix-ups.

BIOBUS (space) SHUTTLE Satisfaction Stats 2009

Overall, satisfaction rates were extremely high, based on the post-Burning Man survey we sent out. (Thanks to Google Forms and the lovely people who filled them out.) We loved providing this renewable transportation service to the Burning Man community. If you need eco transport in the San Francisco Bay Area, please visit TeacherWithTheBus.com. Peter The German Guy will help you.
